I went away on holiday’i was overcharged by £60’i come back to a bill of £189’i paid the bill and was told the £60 EE owed me would be credited to my next bill’EE still have not refunded me my money in nearly 2 months’if I don’t pay my latest bill’it will affect my credit rating’ive been with EE for over 10 years and always pay my bills on time’what can be done to get my money which is owed to me refunded

EE-CS have access to your individual account and can best advise why this hasn't been followed up. You should contact them on 150 and query this.
