Mixed Message from EE

ee says this to me... so I ask for the balance and I get this...

then they tell me I dont pay the bills on time - but how Can i when the messages I get from EE are so mixed. One min I own money. the next min by balance is zero. Where is the clarity?

The first message refers to a bill that's already been generated - "latest bill due to be paid" is the clue.

The second message refers to your unbilled charges that are pending for your next bill - "charges to go onto your next bill" is the relevant bit.

Try looking in the EE app under billing as it explains. 

You are billed and entitlements restarted 10 days before payment is taken from your bank.
