For the third month running Ee have overcharged me

Despite many  promises and emails they have consistently failed to fix the problem  Today they are not even answering the phone. At a loss what to do next. No customer service at all. Off to Ofcom I suppose.

Not really, Ofcom don't handle individual customer complaints.

EE have a complaints process, which allows referral to external arbitration if complaints are unresolved or become deadlocked.
