Has anyone else had an email saying BT & EE are closing inactive accounts? It needs a response but I’m not sure if this is a scam. Thank you.

I'm not familiar with any emails like that, so you're absolutely right to be unsure here. 

What email address was it sent from?

Feel free to pop up a screenshot too, but just make sure to hide any personal details like your email address or any reference numbers.
