I have just payed for a contract online and been WAY overcharged.
£63 standard monthly cost but I used a discount that brought that down £44 a month for the term of the contract and now I’ve received an email saying I’ll be paying the full £63 per month!!
hopefully someone knows how I can sort this out

Hi @Thomas162
It's understandable that you're concerned if you've recived an email with the full price being stated.
When you receive your first bill, it should state your full price, then any agreed reductions on a separate line.
If you'd like one of our guides to take a look into this to give you some peace of mind, just follow @XRaySpeX's advice and give us a call.

Thanks I think I need to start reading my emails more I didn’t even realise there was 3 different ones there

That's easily done @Thomas162, so don't worry.
Does one of those emails state the discount that you were expecting to receive?

Yeah it does one email has the discounted rate, another has the same thing but without the discount then the other one which is the full receipt just shows the full price on it which hopefully I won’t be needing to pay
