For some time I have been unable to take up the 1600mbps service on a 24 month contract for £33.99 via the third party sites (Two of which: USwitch and Money Saving expert). The offer is listed as valid for another few days and I have called EE support to be told they are unable to see the offer but can sign me up for the same deal for £42.99 - no thanks. (The offer also includes cancellation fee cover up to £300 and a gift card for over £160)
I have switched off VPN, ad blockers and tried different browsers, machines and even locations, all to no avail - all report the same error which comes from EE or BT site
The sign up process fails at the end after the payment details have been entered - long after the process has switched to the EE domain/website and displays the offer price of £33.99 throughout.
If the offer is not valid it should have been pulled or a clear message displayed to state it has expired or better still you should honour the offer.
Please advise as this is frustrating and not giving a good experience.
Thanks

Who is your current ISP?

Current ISP is Fibrely
I have a quote for early exit and have also tried different bank accounts to ensure it's not an issue there.
It also fails when I try taking up the dearer contract direct on the EE site - so it isnt related to the links provided by the third party offers
Thx

Is this related to my current provider?

No, not that 1. It might have been if it were BT group.
