Samsung s20 ultra order

I upgraded my phone on the 5th march in a we store for a pre order Samsung s20 ultra and have heard nothing at all since. My current phone battery is failing rapidly.

 

i know there is a pandemic going on but what’s annoying me is why haven’t I heard anything at all about my order

That's the question you choose to answer, @James_B ? How about settling a bit of the confusion on here? Are the 512gb phones coming in, or are they discontinued? We get a different answer off everyone we speak to, this thread is a hotbed of confusion and misinformation and it's really not good enough. There must be an official line, why can't we have it? A company can't just outsource it's customer service to consumers to do it for free! EE needs to get it's act together!

No, the 512GB model hasn't been discontinued, it's just currently out of stock. We’ll deliver to you as soon as we receive stock from Samsung.

Ok, thanks for that, so why have people on here been told that it is discontinued? And do we have any idea at all on a time frame? Are we talking days, weeks, months?

Sorry, I'm not able to give you an estimated delivery date for you order.

 

We are dispatching on a first come, first serve basis as we receive stock from Samsung.

 

You'll receive a text message from DPD with tracking details as soon as your delivery slot is confirmed.

I understand you can't give me a date but surely you must have some idea when stock is arriving. Are we talking months or what?

Hi @James_B - is there any method in the way orders get picked, as people who ordered a 512 after I originally ordered a 128 grey are getting theirs before me after having swapped?
