I want to change my child’s number due to a person not being allowed contact. Can EE block this number as it’s a safety concern or is it just on the phone itself.

Missed Call Not Showing

I am not getting alerts if I have a missed call. If I am on the phone and someone calls me, my phone does not leave me a text. If they leave a voicmail I get that text, but if they dont, my phone does not allow me to know who has rang.

Can receive SMS but not Calls while in Canada
