No service Italy

I'm on holiday in Italy and my phone won't make calls, or texts or data.As far as I know it should work.Any suggestions please

Hi,  Sorry to ask you here but do you by any chance know if it's possible to activate data roaming abroad. Before leaving the uk, i forgot to text 150 and now i'm transiting in dubai and on my phone it shows 'no service' Thanks so much!

Distorted phone calls

Hi, I have an iPhone 12 and my partner has an iPhone 13 pro max both on ee.  When we call each other, the calls connect fine, but then speech is distorted and finally goes silent. Doesn't happen with other calls, just his.  Any suggestions folks?

Trying to use mobile abroad

My sons phone is connected to my bill, he’s in Spain I had parental setting off for roaming, I’ve now switch it on, but he says he still can’t use his phone abroad can you help please
