I seem to be having an issue all of a sudden when trying to use Amazon prime on my iPhone. No VPN or proxy being used but Amazon are suggesting one is? I was literally using the app hours before, now it won’t work?
Is there anything I can do to resolve this or is it Amazon?
thanks for your help!

Hi @Ed19831
Welcome to the community.
What is the problem that you're having? Are you given any error messages or codes?

Same thing here only it relates to Prime Video 'The Lord of the Rings: The Rings of Power' on Fire Sticks . I'm using a mobile data SIM and have watched the last three episodes without problem. Yesterday 15th it denied access and came back with the message you are using a VPN or proxy when I'm not. There was an error something about wrong country. Today it simply says Episode 4 is unavailable on both my Fire Sticks.
Has EE made Amazon Prime aware of the problem?
All other Prime content is viewable as far as I know.

Hi @Ed19831,
Welcome to the EE Community.
What device are you using your EE SIM in?
I've just tested with an EE phone and was able to access the content.

Come back to you on that.
Disney+ and Paramount+ content is available but Prime is not. Logged onto my Prime account using a tethered laptop and and all MyStuff content is blocked saying "Your device is connected to the Internet using a VPN or proxy service. Please disable it and try again. For more help, go to amazon.co.uk/vpn."
This could be Amazon and a Amazon Newday Credit card closure issue relating to points being given shortly before Amazon and Newday part company in November. My renewal is in October. Let me check with with them.

I have exactly the same problem. I have an EE 5G router. For the last week or so, whenever I connect to amazon prime using the router I am blocked from viewing content. The error message is "Your device is connected to the Internet using a VPN or proxy service. Please disable it and try again. For more help, go to amazon.co.uk/vpn." I don't use a VPN so can only assume this is a problem with the router/EE network.
Any advice/help EE?

Since my last post yesterday the problem went away when:
I switched off at the mains socket all network devices including TVs', waited 10 minutes then powered them on starting with the data sim device. I can only suppose that a new WAN IP address was created which made the problem go away and that the old IP had been compromised as to country of origin.
Hope this works for you.
