Roam abroad pass

Just had a message to say that my EU roaming pass has been deactivated! We are still abroad until 9pm this evening. It wasn’t supposed to end until midnight. In fact it should be active for a month? Is this a scam text?

Croatia roaming

Hello, I’ve had a look at roaming for Croatia but I am still not understanding. I am a pay as you go customer with a pack been with EE since 2012 , am I able to use this data as I usually would or do I have to get extra allowances/packs? Thank you

Roaming App Activation

Does anybody know why roaming won’t activate within the controls settings in the EE app? It says disabled with a Red Cross, when I try It keeps failing and going back to the cross. I have text activated roaming using 150 and also the travel data pass...

Hi, i'm abroad and need to contact EE to dispute some charges on my last bill, however the live chat option isn't available (very frustrating) and it appears i get charged by calling 150 from abroad. How can i contact them? Thanks
