EE Roaming charges in Jamaica

I am being killed with roaming changes in Jamaica! The cost is £6:87 for 150mg but it lasts a maximum of 24 hrs!? I have been here 4/20 and I’ve already spent £90! Surely there must be a cheaper way?!
