I have three numbers on my account and one of them is not working in Spain

I have three numbers on my account and one of them is not working in Spain despite data roaming etc on I can’t speak to anyone by ringing 150 very frustrated

Hi I need help from a customer service representative asap please. I'm overseas and unable to use my data, calls or messages. Roaming etc is all apart of my plan and activated.

Unable to receive calls from NHS 0800

When NHS tried to call me from an 0800 number today, the first time went straight to voicemail and they were able to leave a message. Subsequent attempts to call did not show on my phone at all but had apparently also gone to voicemail. Do Not Distur...

Abroad call

I have purchased an add on, the 30 minutes from abroad. I am trying to call but i am being told that calls have been barred for this number. I am in Bahrain trying to call a UK number.

Problems with EE In Canada.

Hi I can’t get roaming on my phone it says I need to text ro to 150 but I can’t cause I don’t have the credit to do it and I have paid my bill and still can’t text send a message to them 

How come I can’t make calls or text from UAE

I don’t understand to why I can’t make calls or texts as I paid my recent bill so don’t know why it’s been cut off

No service

I’m away on holiday at Greece and I have had no service for 24 hours now and I can’t contact EE as I have no service, my roaming isn’t blocked so does anyone know what I can do?

Hi, I am on PAYS and I am traveling to Spain. So, I need to activate my roaming. However there is no option on my EE account and EE App under account settings to enable roaming. What should I do?
