Trying to phone home from my mobile in Spain to landline in UK and keep getting a “the number you have called has not yet been assigned to a client”. Do I just need to wait?

@BClaret1 , have you used your phone abroad before? Are you on pay as you go or contract?
If on pay as you go, do you have enough credit ?
If on contract, did you make sure that roaming, call abroad and premium calls are all enabled in settings?
Did you use your SIM card before going abroad?
