Mobile Not receiving calls or texts

My Mobile phone recently stopped being able to receive texts or calls. Can anyone help me with this? I was going to ask the support chat on this site but it doesn't seem to be working, it says "We're open 8am to 10.30pm every day." but they don't see...

Hi, can anyone tell me which device I should use for booster the wifi signal when I am driving in motorway. And I found the mobile wifi switch off itself automatically, how can I fix it?

Resolved! Use of phone in Europe.

Good morning everyoneI have a contract with EE Limited. Previously you could use the phone at the same charge as in the UK. Does this apply, also, can we use whats app if mobile data is switched on and is the charge same as the UK?I work a lot around...

Phone call

Hi I was wondering I was trying to call someone that has an ee number but it says they’re currently unavailable. Although the messages are still being delivered. Does it mean the phone is switched off or I’m blocked?
