Hi your website doesn't allow me to turn of spending cap or add the data roaming add-on keeping getting technical error. I'm stuck in the states so need this solved urgently.
So they worked when i went through Belgium, germany, czech, poland but not now that i am back in czech. I did not get a welcome text like before. I cannot ring the helpline as i can't make calls. The digital chatbot does not appear.
