Can’t telephone the Uk from abroad

Please help. I am in Tenerife with $£10 roaming turned on but can’t receive or make calls to the UK. I was lead to believe that on my unlimited SIM that my phone would work in Europe as my phone  does in the Uk?

Error code 0 - cant send message with EE

Hii have given my mobile number out but nobody can call me? They say it comes up as incorrect. I have had this number for about 20 years so I don’t understand why hat the problem is. Oddly they can all text and WhatsApp me but not call? Okay hats goi...

I too can’t dial any number. Network shows fine but when hit the send it just  it’s off.
