Unable to dial 111 it will automatically end call. Yet when I called couple of days ago it worked fine . I need to contact 111 for my kids and can't. This needs sorting ASAP

Not sure what you expect us to do?

Firstly, do you have a signal? Could it be the line is busy? Have you tried again to see if it works and are you able to make other calls?

Can you call other 3-digit shortcodes? 105 is another free shortcode for loss of electricity - can you call this number OK?

Yes I have signal yes I have tried multiple times I'm on contract and can dial out other numbers

Did you manage to get through? Are you able to dial 150?
