Im in the eu, namely Portugal but cannot make a call or send messages. Tried going through my settings but nothing helps. EE account settings don't help either and cannot request advice from customer services.... what do I do

Hi @Chrisflood 

Did you not set roaming up before leaving the UK? 

You'll need to use Skype and call EE free on +44 800 079 8586 and ask them to activate roaming.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 07953 966 150 for mobile and 0330 123 1105 for Broadband..

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
