Can make calls but not receive them.

I've had this same sim and number for years but suddenly I am unable to receive calls or texts. I can make calls but it tells people calls aren't being connected to this number.I've tried resetting the network settings with no luck.Any help would be ...

Hi I'm going to turkey, and dont want to pay for the add on. My hotel offers free wifi. Will this work without having to pay anything extra. I pay enough already a month without having to pay any extra. I'm not very good with with gadget info. Thanks

Phone cuttibg calls

Every call i make it gets cut off ive tried restarting my phone and tyrning everything off then on again but nothing is working
