Tracking income call number

Hi, I am trying to find an incoming number that deleted by accident. I believe you will be able to track it for me on your system. It is very important as that is from my elderly parents. But I can not call back. Please can you track it for me. The call came in at around 19:50 on Friday 23 September. The number is 0086135 and then something. Please help if you can because I am so worried about my parents in China.
