No service in Tenerife

I have no mobile signal or internet in Tenerife. I have tried to add an add on for roam further but it’s still not working. I need the use of my phone immediately. Can you help to resolve this as soon as possible please? Thank you

I have exactly the same problem while having good 4G or 5G signal but no internet connection whatsoever. It didn't used to be like that but for the past several month the phone is unusable for anything related to data.

No service in turkey

I’m in turkey and my phone says no service there’s no live chat and as I have no service I can’t make calls help!!!

Cannot upgrade online

I have tried several times to upgrade online and cant and I have waited in the queue on the phone but took to long and had to get back to workSurley this can  be done another way as online chat never working either
