Cant call germany from uk

I can receive calls from germany but i cant call the number back, keeps saying its barred. No barred settings on my phone are activated and i reset the network.

I have added a add on while abroad but it is. It working

Old number doesn't work for sms

My old number has been transfered but text messages I send still have the number that came with the new sim card. My phone is a MI 10T lite.

My phone is not working because of some one who on your team must of turn the wrong phone number off can someone get in touch with me ASAP

No service in Tenerife

I have no mobile signal or internet in Tenerife. I have tried to add an add on for roam further but it’s still not working. I need the use of my phone immediately. Can you help to resolve this as soon as possible please? Thank you
