Unable to receive OTP when travelling in India

Hi,I am travelling in India and unable to receive OTP messages from my bank. I have also bought a sms roaming add-on but this has not helped. Please can you help resolve this issue at the earliest.Regards,Prajwal

Roaming

Why can't I enable roaming retrospectively? I have WiFi access and can verify my identity but not having text message access is preventing me from being able to verify my identity when trying to use several apps.
