Deleting old voicemail messages 2023

I used to dial my voicemail, listen to my messages and then press 3 to delete....now I don't have that option!  How do I delete them?

What phone are you using?

I have just called my voicemail using an iPhone and I have got option 3 to delete the voicemail after listening.

The menu option 3 to delete messages is also present when calling from my Android phone.

Hi I used to be able to do it but for some reason the automated message
just gives me the option to record my own personal greeting (option 1) or
listen to my messages(option 2)....When I try to press 3 to delete my
messages it just starts the whole thing again! I'm using Samsung (android)

Hi @ShazzaA. 

If you select option two and once you have listened to the message you will be able to select option 3 to delete the message.
