I have just purchased 1 months Roaming for Australia/ should I turn on Roaming in Mobile data options?

Hi I am having a similar issue. I am unable to make or receive calls and messages. Even unable to contact customer service. It comes up with "cannot connect" .

No roaming

Travelling with full roaming package - no signal and not able to call for this very reason. Roaming on. I need a quick fix.

Roaming in USA not connecting

Just landed at JFK and my phone isn't connecting. I'm on a pay monthly, roaming is enabled, I've got the roam abroad add on. I've tried manual connection and restarting the phone but not working. Really need service to connect since I'm here a while....
