Apple Watch’s mobile connection

I have connected my Apple Watch to my new phone and the mobile service isn’t working now, it asks me to call 150 with code 019 but when I do that it doesn’t work

What happens when you try to call 150?

Do you get an error message?

@Nik87  You call customer services on 150 and you then request to speak with the Apple Watch team.  You then give them that error code 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
