Absolutely no mobile service

I paid for the subscription and have a lot of data left but I can't use the mobile service anywhere. I can't call or go online when im out. Really need help with this.

No mobile derive - Italy

Since arriving Sunday 4th Feb I've had no mobile service in Italy despite roaming being activated in settings and previously being able to roam while abroad Any help? Can't call EE (as no mobile services!)

I have connected my Apple Watch to my new phone and the mobile service isn’t working now, it asks me to call 150 with code 019 but when I do that it doesn’t work

I’m in US and my plan states my UK data package can be used here. However I am getting texts from EE telling me to buy a 24 add on data plan. Is this right?
