Does any one know why I can't phone numbers beginnig 0845 ? I have a £10 everything pack that renews automatically every month and lat renewed on 13th November.
Or, how to get hold of EE?

@Cwtch8 your pack allowance doesn’t cover you to call 0845 numbers as these are premium rate numbers where you have to pay an access charge and service charge . You need credit on your account to pay for this call.

Strictly speaking, 084 numbers are "service numbers" rather than premium-rate which usually begin 09.
However - that's a point of terminology, and the fact that call allowance bundles only include landline numbers beginning 01, 02, 03 and mobile numbers beginning 07 (with some exceptions) is the main point here.
084 & 087 numbers have two parts to their charges - you will be charged an access charge by EE, and a service charge by the recipient of the call. The two combined, makes your per-minute charge.
