Underground wifi doesn't work for me, I was on the phone for several hours while an engineer debugged the issue they said my account had an incorrect setting in the system and he would fix it. It didn't work. I called again 4 more times, followed the instructions and it still doesn't work. Every time I call I wait for 30 min talk to someone follow the instructions and nothing happens. Today someone told me they did a refresh of my account and I needed to restart the phone and still doesn't work. I'm able to see the network and connect to it but I get kicked out instantly with an "authentication error". My phone is a pixel 5. To be clear I followed every single instruction and it does not work :_(.

If you've tried all troubleshooting steps, the next thing to do would be for our Tech Gurus to raise an investigation ticket.
They would investigate the problem and get back to you when they had a resolution.
