Roaming

I arrived in Spain yesterday. I have a roaming pass as an add on. I can receive calls and texts but can not make a call or send a text.melanie

150 hectic

I've been trying to contact customer services since Tuesday on 150 on two occasions I selected the option for a call back after waiting and waiting but no joy.Any suggestions please ?

Disconnected in spain

I have used EE in the uk and I’m coming to Barcelona to travel. But my phone can connect to the  internet. I want to use data roaming. Pleased tell me the way to improve.

Problem receiving calls

When you call my number on my phone it says calls aren’t being put through to this number, I have topped it up and I can make calls
