Been abroad, phone now no service

anyone got any tips? Been to US where phone didn’t work. Now back and have no service. I have turned it on and off, reset network settings. Don’t know what else to do. It’s v annoying . Thanks lots in advance. Btw it’s an Apple 14.

I cannot open my voice mails

No SMS or phone with Roam Further in USA (mobile internet is however fine)
