Roaming

I arrived in Spain yesterday, my roaming worked all day, during the night it seems to have switched off and I now can't get anyone connection. I've restarted my phone and checked my account but it all seems to be correct. Any ideas?

You’ve died a incorrect number

Got new iPhone 14 pro max , after transferring all stuff from old phone , I can call anyone it says you’ve died an incorrect number cuts off ? What’s happened? Damaged sim I can text but no calling thanks in advance
