Roaming Issue - Need to connect with staff

I set my roaming pass to start on 11/03/2023 - 11/04/2023. It is now the 22/03/2023 and I still have no roaming internet which I had purchased (in advance). I have sent across several emails to different EE staff members, and noone has assisted me with my issue and now I cannot get into contact with staff from EE as I am abroad and cannot call EE. I am trying to request a "call-back" via my EE account and even this is not doable.

How did you activate your Roam Abroad Pass?

Did you also text ROAMING to 150 to activate roaming before you travelled?

To add, enabling a billing add-on (the Roam Abroad Pass) doesn't automatically activate the roaming facility which is what allows your phone to connect to foreign networks.

EE have no email-CS contact.
