SMS messages access

I would like to know if the is any way of accessing my SMS messages. Via WiFi Internet. I work of vessels and are out of cellular range for long periods and would like to access my SMS message.

I bought add on and didn’t get it’s

I am in Costa Rica . I spent one hour on the phone with an Irish girl who kept calling me lovely . She said she put in order to allow me to get data in Costa Rica for 7.85 £ per day . Why didn’t she do it?

Resolved! No roaming calls/ texts.

I arrived to Switzerland yesterday and received the usual roaming welcome message stating I can use my plan with no extra charge. However I'm not able to text or make calls to the UK. I'm still able to use my data though! Not sure what is the problem...
