My phones not working abroad

Hi Chris I have been unable to use my data in Italy. Did not text 150 but no signal here. Have got roaming add on onto my contract.

I recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team so they can check everything is set up from our side, @AB0103.

I know of other users in a similar situation using a VoIP service, such as Skype to call.
