Resolved! No roaming calls/ texts.

I arrived to Switzerland yesterday and received the usual roaming welcome message stating I can use my plan with no extra charge. However I'm not able to text or make calls to the UK. I'm still able to use my data though! Not sure what is the problem...

Recieving International Calls

Can someone let me know if I call from Canada with the Roam Abroad Pass if the reciever will be charged on either a mobile or landline? Thanks

I also have this problem. Can someone help. Because I have no network (where I should have network) I cannot get the text with the pin to unlock the sim.
