No service

Just upgraded my phone swapped everything over to my new phone but I can’t call out or receive calls or texts. I have no reception what do ever?? help please? 

Resolved! Sim not working

Arrived in Turkey a few days ago phone/sim all working until 2 days ago Sim now not working can’t receive or make calls or texts Tried removing sim turning the phone off and rebooting all not working Any advise would be appreciated many thanks

I am in Costa Rica . I spent one hour on the phone with an Irish girl who kept calling me lovely . She said she put in order to allow me to get data in Costa Rica for 7.85 £ per day . Why didn’t she do it?
