I added Roaming to my account on Monday 17th July for which I was billed £15, and told I was all set, but I am now in Portugal and not connected to EE. I have no internet and am only able to post this by using hotel wi-fi.  I need my Roaming activated!!

Thanks for coming here. 

Did you text ROAMING to 150, to check the account has roaming active before travelling? This would need to be activated to use the roaming pass. 

If so, can you try manually searching for a network, do any show available?
