Calling an 0800 number from spain

 I live in Spain and have a uk sim in my mobile with EEI want to call the pensions  on their 0800 number but will it be free with roaming charges now in place  ?

Phone won't make calls or receive calls

this afternoon, my phone suddenly cut off a call mid way through and I now can't make or receive calls at all.

Not receiving calls or able to make calls whilst in america

I have just arrive in America 24 hrs ago. I have the roaming pass which I activated 1 month ago when I went to Spain. I find in America I cannot make or receive calls even over Wi-Fi and I keep getting SOS in service bar. Any suggestions

phone will only receive texts but will not send texts,have done all steps such as resetting phone,trying other apps but still have same problem

EE not working

Phone will not receive texts and I can't even call EE customer service to ask about this. I have topped up recently but can't buy an add on, please help
