Can't leave voicemail message

Callers try to leave a voicemail on my phone, but a message says "I'm sorry, I can't hear you, please leave your message and hang up"   How do I rectify this?

@OR04--  Sounds like you’ve recorded your own personal voicemail greeting .    Hold down the number 1 on your dial keypad and this’ll call your voicemail, listen to the options given and you can record a new greeting or turn off this current greeting.

I don't think this is the issue. Some callers have no problem leaving a
voicemail. Others get the message "I'm sorry I can't hear you"

Anyone who calls your number should hear the same message when connected to your voicemail.

Could the other callers be dialling an incorrect number?

Which message do you hear if you make a test call to your phone?
