Isle of Man - can't access voicemail

Hello

I've got roaming with my package. I got the welcome message when I arrived and I can browse the web 

But I can't call the voicemail. It doesn't even connect. It tries "calling" and then says I'm not connected to the internet.

I did when I saw it mentioned in a reply to someone else.

Still no luck. I'll try again when I'm back at my hotel.

The signal has been between H and 4G
