EU calls barrred

I'm currently in France, I have activated the monthly EU roaming pass, but all out going calls are barred. How do I get past this, my account is up to date.

U have removed add ons

U have removed my Apple TV and music from my plan they are both exclusive add ons and you remove them on sat 28/05/23 I have try to re add them but get error message
