My husband is having the same problem he has had his sim quite a while it's only starting happening over the last 2 weeks 

Can you personalise message when switched off

When someone dials the phone and it is switched off they get "This person's phone is unavailable please try later" is it possible to customise it to say something else? We gave answerphone switched off as we do not want messages left.
