Phone stopped working abroad

I'm in Portugal and been using phone here since 22nd may. Today I cannot use data, calls or texts.

I'm pay monthly we customer 

I have not reached the price cap set

I really need to have use of my phone later today when not in villa with WiFi 

Any suggestions?

Are you currently connected to a network?

Have you been able to manually search and attempt to connect to another available network?
