Not receiving call when on a call

am not receiving calls or missed call alerts when I am on another call. I run a business so spend a lot of time on the phone and am missing out on work.

Unable to make or receive calls

Hello I am having this exact same problem did changing your SIM solve your issue?  I have been trying to call EE all day but can't get through, it's so difficult to speak to someone.
