New phone can’t message or ring

I have recently had a new phone and cannot message or ring people . Can’t even ring EE. People can ring or message me, I can’t back.Also PR and PE are on my contacts and I don’t know why what does that mean.

Inconsistent Call Receiving

I often miss calls at home as the phone doesn’t ring but then appears as a missed call. Other calls are received and there appears to be no pattern. I have WiFi calls enabled . Anyone got any suggestions ? Thanks Eddie

I need a PAC while abroad

a PAC number and when I use the text PAC to 150 path I get a message that is unavailable while abroad. How else can I order a PAC number? Other than calling tech support on the phone and waiting for eve rand getting grilled on why.Thanks Martin
