Been with EE less than three weeks and I've made over 30 call to technical support
The first thing was setting everything up. absolutely nightmare promises made and a lot of lies, one technical support person would say, one thing, then another one would say, no, that's wrong do it this way and as for the EE app i've not got the time nor the patience to list everything that's wrong with it. so to my question is, have I got the right to cancel my contract without any penalty? thank you

I know you may not want to discuss your concerns further, but if you do, I'd suggest you Fill out our complaints form, and a dedicated member of the team will get back in touch directly within 7 days, if not sooner.
If you want to consider Returning a mobile device or SIM (within 14 days), and you've purchased this online or over the phone with us, please fill out the returns form, and we'll be in touch.

What services do you have with EE? You've posted in the mobile section but otherwise not said.
