Cannot receive Instagram and Facebook account texts

Hello im trying to get codes to login to my instagram and facebook account but they are set to my old number

If your number has changed, you would need to seek help from Facebook and Instagram to update the number and get access to your accounts.

If the number has now changed, it isn't something EE can help with as your previous number will no longer be active.
