Hi @H3KTOR
Have you checked these are acceptable apps in the country you're visiting.
Was the PAYG SIM activated and used in the UK.
Thanks

as i researched , ee support iraq for roaming in korek , asiacell and zain network
receiving otp messages are free , as i know , so there shouldn't be problem about this
and yes i was in uk before and i use my simcard very well , but now I'm stucked here because i can't receive OTP messages

ChatGPT is totally incorrect with the advice it's given you (I'm not surprised!). The SMSC is only relevant for sending SMS, and EE's only SMSC number is +44 7958879879
Can you receive person-to-person texts? Try texting yourself if you're not sure.
Have you tried manually swapping between local networks, and are the symptoms the same on each one?

Can you make calls & texts?
Did you receive a Welcome text upon arrival?
Had you used that PAYG SIM for making calls or texts in UK before going abroad? To be used abroad EE PAYG SIMs need 1st activating on EE's home UK network. If it wasn't you can't now use it until you return to UK.
