Hello I’m in Italy now and I’m in trouble.I GOT SMS FROM EE AND I COULD ADD ON £2.50 for 24 hour or 7days for £10.so I wanted to add on 7days one but i tried many times but this shows.Someone know why this happened???
I have the same issue. Although I set up the further roaming option before leaving the UK. I cannot get in touch with EE as I can't connect to any network and ee chat is not working. Any further help available please?
