Currently travelling with Data Abroad Pass - in America - unable to access EE App to cancel this add-on, - facility is very very limited with very little coverage. Tried EE helpline but after 3 days still no success. Please EE cancel my add-on pass for data abroad. Thank you.

@PatLou Have you tried doing this when connected to WiFi ? Nothing will be stopped by you asking on here as this is a public forum not customer services.

Providing you have roaming enabled on your account which allows your phone to access foreign networks, coverage abroad is provided by the local networks in those countries.
